Shipping Method and Rates:

We offer standard door-to-door shipping on all orders. Enjoy complimentary shipping on orders R1000+. For orders falling below this threshold, a flat rate of R100,00 is currently charged.

Processing Time:

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. During high-demand periods (such as holidays), processing times may take longer.

Shipping Time:

Standard shipping takes approximately 1-5 business days for delivery within South Africa.

If your order is urgent, please contact us directly on +27 (0)79 036 7638 to double check if we have stock of the items you require before placing your order. Calling us directly will avoid any delays. We can also quote you on a faster overnight delivery if required.

Tracking Information:

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can monitor your package’s progress.

Undeliverable Packages:

If a package is returned to us due to incorrect address information or failure to collect, we will contact you for further instructions. Additional shipping fees may apply.

International Shipping:

We do not currently ship internationally.
