We offer standard door-to-door shipping on all orders. Enjoy complimentary shipping on orders R1000+. For orders below this threshold, a flat rate of R110.

Processing Time:

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. During high-demand periods (holidays, etc.), processing may take longer.

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email confirmation with tracking details.

Undeliverable Packages:

If returned due to incorrect address info or failure to collect, we'll contact you for further instructions. Additional shipping fees may apply.

International Shipping:

We currently do not ship internationally..

How do I set it up?

Remove the collar and stopper, add the reeds, secure the collar and let them absorb for 24 hours. Flip the reeds once to activate the scent.

Stronger or softer scent?

Use more reeds and flip more often for a stronger throw; fewer reeds for a softer one. Refresh by flipping every 1–2 weeks.

It’s faded but there’s still oil — why?

The reeds have become saturated or dusty. Replacing them every few months restores full fragrance without replacing the oil.

Can I use a Reed Diffuser Refill in a burner?

No — those are formulated for reed diffusers only. For Ceramic Oil Burners use our Aroma Oils, made to be warmed safely.

How long will it last?

The 150ml lasts around 3–4 months; the Deluxe 500ml lasts 9–12 months, depending on placement, airflow and how often you flip the reeds.
