We offer standard door-to-door shipping on all orders. Enjoy complimentary shipping on orders R1000+. For orders below this threshold, a flat rate of R110.

Processing Time:

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. During high-demand periods (holidays, etc.), processing may take longer.

How do I get the best burn?

Let the wax melt fully to the edges on the first burn to prevent tunnelling, and never burn for more than 4 hours at a time.

How do I care for the wick?

Trim to about 5mm before each burn and keep it centred — a clean wick means a steady flame and less soot.

When should I stop burning?

Stop when roughly 5mm–1cm of wax remains. Your jar is then ready for a Chapters Candle Refill so you can continue in the same vessel.

Why does my candle look slightly different?

Small variations in colour, texture or tiny air bubbles are natural, thanks to the high fragrance-oil content and natural soy wax. They don’t affect the scent or lifespan.

How long will it last?

Approx. 45–55 hours for the 260ml single-wick, and 50–60 hours for the 330ml double-wick, when burned correctly.

What is a Refill Pouch?

Once your jar is empty, re-wick it with the Wick Kit, melt the pre-scented wax pouch, pour and leave overnight — a more economical, lower-waste way to enjoy your favourite Chapter again.
