Why is it more expensive than the others?
It’s our flagship: a richer, more complex Woody fragrance, new packaging, and over two years in development. It’s priced for what it is.
Why is there a number instead of a name?
Every fragrance is a Chapter in one continuing story. CH07 is simply the seventh — a number, not a name.
What does it smell like?
Warm and woody — spice and orange up top, rum and cedarwood at the heart, vanilla, amber and sandalwood underneath. Intoxicating and enveloping.
Where should I use it?
Ideally an evening scent, but perfectly suited to daytime too. Beautiful in a lounge, entrance or bedroom, or anywhere you want a room to feel warm and welcoming.

We offer standard door-to-door shipping on all orders. Enjoy complimentary shipping on orders R1000+. For orders below this threshold, a flat rate of R110.

What is fragrance layering?
Combine a candle, reed diffuser, aroma oil and room fragrance from the same Chapter for a fuller, more immersive scent throughout your space.
How do I choose my Chapter?
Prefer warmth and depth? Explore the amber Chapters (CH01, CH02, CH06). Prefer something brighter? Try citrus and water (CH04, CH05). CH03 is a floral bouquet.
New to Chapters?
The Discovery Collection — a set of 3ml sample vials — is the easiest way to explore the full range at home before choosing your Chapter.
Can I wear my Chapter?
Yes — our Aroma Oils pair with the Purely Porcelain Necklace so you can carry your signature scent close to your skin.
Are Room Fragrances safe on skin?
Room Fragrances are created for ambient use and aren’t recommended for direct skin application. For wearable scent, use our Aroma Oils with the necklace.

How long does it take to process an order?
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Once your order is processed, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your shipment's progress. Delivery times will vary based on your location.
What is your return policy?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, you can return your items within 10 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Our Reed Diffusers and Candles come in different sizes. For Reed Diffusers, the most common size is 150ml, offering a perfect balance of fragrance strength and longevity. Our candles are also available in various sizes. Please check the individual product pages for specific sizes and refill options.
How do I refill my Reed Diffuser?
Refilling your Chapters Reed Diffuser is simple. Pour your chosen fragrance into the diffuser and insert the reeds. For the best scent distribution, we recommend using all of the reeds. If you prefer a lighter scent, simply adjust by using fewer reeds. The diffuser should be placed in a well-ventilated space for optimal fragrance diffusion
